Landlord Says We Abandoned Property Due To Not Giving Proper Notice Of Renewal

Location: Colorado Springs, CO

Like the title says landlord is saying "You did not give proper notice of not renwingn lease i.e move out date." She is then saying because of this we started a month-to-month lease.

However, I texted her more than 30 days before end of lease saying "[Roomate] and I do no plan to renew the lease" and replyed with "????"

We did not text her once we were moved out, but I think according to Colorado Law, the lease end date is the assumed move out date?

She is trying to say we started a month to month term after that because the lease states: "If after the expiration of the term of this Lease, the Tenant will remain in possession of the Property without an express written agreement as to such holding, then such holding-over will be deemed a month-to-month tenancy at the same rental rate provided in this Lease."

We then texted her a few days later asking when the deposit was going to be given back, and that is when she is claiming we left.
We were out on the last day of the lease. I have Google Maps track me, so I can prove it.

Please tell me the good news that I didn't need to confirm with her the exact move out date? Or did I do an oopsy here?
