Landlord Forced Me Out, Wants Me To Pay Rent For December.

Like said in the title, my landlord forced my small family out of the house, we are not even allowed entry to pick up our belongings without 24 written notice. However, she is demanding we pay her rent for December. Again, we can not even access the house without 24 written notice. Can she really sue over this?
While living there, her two dogs frequently urinated and left feces all over the house, a normal daily occurrence. Her animals would go into my room and urinate on my bed, my pillows, floors, etc. It was honestly disgusting how much animal waste was around the house and in my room at all times.
With us not being allowed entry starting yesterday, can she really sue us for rent when we're not allowed to be there? We had no formally signed written lease either. (It was a family living situation). She is threatening to sue us for 2 months rent if we don't pay December. She is also harassing us every moment we are in the house trying to collect our belongings, she has made it nearly impossible for us to move our things out. She follows us around, recording in our bedrooms, and makes threatening comments during all of this.
She said she will take us to court for two months rent if we don't pay December. Can she do this? Between the untenable living situation, forcing us out and the constant harassment, can she really do something like this?
