I Think My Parents Are Lying About Me Being On Federal Probation

Card image cap

Location: Florida, Broward

backstory: In 9th grade my brother was selling weed and nicotine devices and I was just smoking weed. My parents found out and took all of it and were going to throw it away, but my aunt(legal guardian) told a federal agent who was a family friend and basically told him me and my brother were selling drugs. He came to the house and arrested me and my brother. He took both our fingerprints and DNA then interrogated us. We both had to sign these papers, I don't remember what it said but after he said that he will have to call his boss and see if we were going to jail or staying home. He said we were both good and brought up an incident my brother had with the cops before that and told him he was lucky that he wasn't arrested and if it was in the system he would've been. After that we took a plea deal of 5 years of federal probation and 100 hours of community service and drug rehab once a week on a zoom call. The time if we didn't take the deal was 13 years in federal prison.

Now: I'm now a senior in high school, 17 years old I violated twice, once in sophomore year and they took my early termination away with the exception I can get off at 18 and I had to do therapy for drugs twice a week instead of once. I violated again 2 weeks ago for weed because I stop trusting that I was on federal probation but had no way to find out. I started thinking this when I noticed the drug test I was getting were from target and I've never seen or even talked to my probation officer. My aunt claims that since she's my guardian ad litem that my probation officer legally can't talk to me and has to go through her. When I searched up if my parent can be my guardian ad litem it say's no and my brother was on probation too but was still able to go to the military even tho he was actively on probation. It says online that he's not allowed to if actively on probation. I asked my aunt how he was able to go she said we had a special deal that meant our case was sealed and never happen. After my second violation my parents said that I was on house arrest, I was told this Saturday it's now Tuesday and still don't have anything. Now i'm in even more denial because my uncles brother told me today that the whole thing is fake after I told him I had house arrest. I did some more digging and went to my local police department they told me to call the federal probation office, I did that and they told me there was nothing on record of me and to call the juvenile probation office. So I did that too they told me I can't access my records because I need a request form and it has to be notarized. Now i'm stuck and need ideas of fining out this is real or not. my uncles brother told me not to tell my parents that he told me the truth. So what do I do. I really need help because i'm tired of being lied to and guilt tripped for being on something that isn't real.

TL;DR My parents say i'm on probation but never met my probation officer and the drug test are store bought. I'm also on "house arrest" for my "second violation" but no ankle monitor or tracking device.

Just to clear things up, my biological aunt's husbands brother. My aunt adopted us at a young age, that's why I refer to them as my parents.

Thank you everyone for your advice on what I should do, I really appreciate it. I hope to come back in the next few weeks with an update.
