I Need Advice (dog In Possible Danger)

Card image cap

Hello i know this is kinda rushed but im desperated, english is NOT my first language but i need help

Location: Mexico

CONTEXT
There is this WONDERFULL doggo she's a good girl and i need advice on what to do, she gave birth in a neighboor's house had like 6 puppies but one passed on the birth, She's a STRAY, so they only took her in for like a while, she can get in the house anytime, she would bark at passing people like any other dog would, BUT lately the were some kids throwing pebbles at her or taunting her, she barked at em, but im pretty sure she has been getting anxious around people or people has been doing stuff to her because there are neighboors that say that shes 'unreliable and dangerous' that 'she bites' and im not going to say she hasnt because i dont know, this night i've heard she bit someone and that she has bitten other people,

now

TODAY i went to the drugstore with my aunt and while we were walking i saw her and called for her "Flaca" because she's skinny as hell, and pet her as i said that i was gonna buy her some food, when out of nowhere some random woman said to my aunt to pull me away from the dog because she was dangerous and i kid you not i gave that woman the biggest side eye of the century as the dog literally lay on the floor for belly rubs, so we went to the drugstore and came back to our house and i whistled for the dogg and she came happily running and followed us up to our houses fence and i told her to wait up while i grabbed some food when i hear a woman, lets call her Brittany, well Brittany asks if the dog is ours and my aunt says no, because flaca isnt really ours she's a stray, claiming that the dog bit her (i say claiming because i dont know if she did and most people here were we live are snakes), and i dont hear much else as i go in to prepare the dog some food, when i go out i walk like a block and sit on the side walk placing the tray on the floor and waiting for her to finish, my aunt calls MULTIPLE times for me but i wait until the dog finished eating i pick the tray and go home BUT i tell the doggo to PLEASE stay on this block, when i get in the house guess what the hell my aunt told me

"our neighboor (brittany) said that the dog bit her and that what if instead of her was her baby or children, and her husband asked if he should k-ll the dog"
and i answered "what the actual living fuck, pardon me but come the f again?"
"why didnt you just come in! i dont want any trouble"

and for the next 20 mins i've heard the neighbours disscuss if they should get ridd of her (the dogg) and stuff like that, and now im here making a burner account asking for advice AND studying all the laws that protect dogs and animals in general (i am NO lawyer and im currently 17)

i wanna clear up some stuff

  • my family and i currently have 4 dogs 2 of em have lived for over a decade, we KNOW how to deal with dogs and also with starys, one of our dogs is what is considered a "dangerous" breed (an english bullterrier)
  • we also had a stray for about 4 years, she passed early this year for unknown causes
  • we know how to treat strays, specifically the ones that have given birth recently, our late dog was pregnant when we fully let her in,
  • Flaca recently gave birth and she is obviously guarding the house were her babies are (my other neighboors house) kids have been throwing stuff at her like pebbles or rocks (even BEFORE she started to bite or bark at people)
  • and i swear i truly get it, i know about people being worried for their kids and that dogs attacks are serious stuff, but truly, people here are not that understanding nor educated to try and be carefull nor respectfull with dogs, i dont live in a "good" place people would say, people here only like people that has lived here atleast 5 or 7 years, people here are not fully educated and wont take the time to understand, but i can't say the same for me, my older sister and my family, my sister her parthner and i are what you can call the Gen-Z; stuff here is always passive-agressive but, the worst rivals are the ones that know the law and their rights

im worried, and i dont know what to do without it being Nuclear, i need the advice, please help.
