I Need A Doctor's Note To Go To The Bathroom?

Location: Parker County, Texas.
So, as the title suggests, my employer has demanded that I get a doctors note to explain my bathroom habits and breaks at work. A few key details; I always get my work done and often help others when I am done. I drink a lot of water because it gets hot and moving around makes me thirsty, of course, this causes more frequent trips. I have the occasional digestive issue, but it isn't a medical condition and I don't think they need to know personal or embarrassing information like that. I am a woman, so once a month for about five to six days, I make even more frequent and longer trips to the bathroom for obvious reasons. I have worked there for over a year, and never has it ever been a problem. I was given a performance review about three months ago and they mentioned NOTHING about my bathroom trips. These haven't changed at all since then.
Do I actually have to shell out a bunch of money just to go to my doctor and say "hey, my body is working perfectly normally but I need a paper that says I can go to the bathroom"?
