I Just Won Full Custody But Now Step Mom Is Harassing Me
Location: Arkansas. I (30f) had to take my ex husband (28m) to court because he refused to pay for or half anything to do with our daughter from medical bills, school lunches and after school activities. There was a lot of other problems hints why I won full custody. My problem is now that he has to pay child support and only gets every other weekend the step mom is all over Facebook calling me names saying I just wanted their money. Her and her mom both have messaged my witnesses some of them being his own family harassing all of us. Had anyone been in a situation where it’s mom the step parent who’s a problem than the actual parent and what was done about it? I’m contacting my lawyer to get answers but all this happened over the weekend so I’ve been stressed for days. I thought court would be the end of it but they both acted like I got on the stand and lied. After this I’ll never trust somebody who says the reason the lost their kid in court was because somebody wasn’t telling the truth.. you have to have proof of everything you say.
