Help Me Get My Money Back

Location: state of Illinois, USA. I purchased some lingerie from Sammi's Fantasy and didn’t like the quality of the items and they didn't fit. I returned their items and Sammi's Famtasy said they would refund my money, but once they got their items, I never heard from them again about my refund.They cooperated with me saying that they would refund me until they got their over priced lingerie back.

Do not purchase anything from these people. They have no customer service and I am sure they have done this to someone else. Their lingerie is over priced for the quality. Oh, forgot to mention, I have the emails to prove everything, including the one stating that Sammis Fantasy received the lingerie return and the one promising me a refund. Has anyone had a similar experience with Sammi's Fantasy? This has happened over a year ago and my bank couldn't refund me because it was not fraud. I have filed complaints with the BBB and that did nothing. I messaged them on Facebook and no response. I messaged them through their websites and no response. I emailed them and no response. I am so angry! How can I get my money back?
