First Dui / Illegal Stop/ Almost Paralyzed

OFF DUTY/OUT OF JURISDICTION COP 18(M) illegally pulled over and charged with dui on my way to work around 3-4am Nov. A different city/county off the clock and 100% out of jurisdiction cop. (30min-2 city’s distance in between) Initiated the stop with no probable cause and had me detained in a secluded parking lot till local pd arrived and placed me in cuffs while my car was torn apart at that point I knew I was surely helpless. Soon after began the F.S.E. I explained to them- -I have swollen toes on both feet due to work and sports that make it difficult to walk or stand without pain I even offered to show them ahah.* They didn’t care and continued to demonstrate the exercises for me to do on an uneven parking spot, guess what I didn’t pass what a shocker!

Taken to jail in a transport van which is odd when patrol cars on scene. Cop purposely didn’t secure me to the seat. I ended up getting thrown down during an aggressive turn on my stomach/face with my hands helplessly stuck behind my back causing me to repeatedly hit my head every time he braked. I repeatedly tried to get his attention and I was ignored, at one point even had the music turned up on me. Surprised I didn’t get a life changing injury. Must’ve had an angle looking over me.

When I was released hours later with a couple papers the off duty and out of jurisdiction officers name and badge number that initiated the stop was covered with sharpie,that’s not normal right ?

My car wasn’t towed they left it with the windows down and my spare key in the cup holder with all personal belongings I’m surprised it wasn’t stolen by the time I got back to it. ⬇️

I had to live in that car since i got kicked out on my 18th I’m not proud of it but it was what I had. later impounded a month or 2 later taking my home and tons of tools and clothes they wouldn’t let me get back. Been bouncing around , keeping my head up waiting to get my license back somehow.

I have a free court appointed lawyer I don’t think they care enough is what it seems.
