Filed A Complaint With A National Corporation About A Delivery Driver Who Hit My Person While I Was In A Crosswalk..they Gave The Driver My Personal Cell Phone Number And He's Calling/texting To "discuss"

Location: New Jersey.
Background/Scene Setting: I live in a small city-type suburb in New Jersey. It has a majority of foot traffic and there are crosswalks everywhere (not even just at intersections) and drivers not yielding has gotten so bad here and nearby areas that cops are setting up stings to nab drivers not stopping for pedestrians. I've almost been hit at least 3 times since moving in a year ago and the other day, I was technically hit by the driver.
So I'm walking with my fiancée the other day and we crossed through one crosswalk (on a main drag, traffic was at a rush hour standstill so no issue here) then turned right into the adjacent crosswalk on the connecting side street and start walking. On the side street, waiting to turn right on the main drag, was a delivery driver for a company that has drivers put those giant, identifying roof magnets on top of their car. I'm slightly ahead of her (thank goodness) and this driver is staring to his left waiting for traffic to let him turn. While staring in that direction and with me a step or so away from his car, he starts rolling into his turn. He nudges against me and we yell "yoooo what the fuck man" to get his attention. He still didn't notice and kept rolling; thankfully it was slow enough that I could just push myself back from his car. We walk around the back of his car and he drives off, so we get a picture of his license plate.
So I called this company's corporate level customer service to notify them of this. They inform us they "don't hire delivery drivers, they use a 3rd party company/contractor who drives their food deliveries for them" (despite having the logo roof magnet, I guess?). Either way, I said I just wanted them to know so they can handle that with the driver and this "3rd party company" so it doesn't happen again. Hang up the call, thinking this was over and done with.
Today, I get 2 random facetime calls from an unknown number; I ignore them. Then I get a regular voice call; ignore it. Then I get a text message: it's the goddamn delivery driver I reported. He sent two texts basically saying he wanted to explain and discuss, and asked when I was free to call him and discuss. I haven't responded, and I haven't blocked the number yet in case he persists so I can document it all in case it matters later on. The only way he could have gotten my number is from this company's customer service; whether the company gave it to this 3rd party company and they gave it to him, or they gave it to the driver directly.
Is there anything legally jarring to any of you about this situation? I know had I ordered food from GrubHub/DoorDash that those drivers would see your number to contact you, but I was not even a customer of theirs when this occurred. Any insight into this situation from all of your knowledgable perspectives is greatly appreciated!
