Ex-wife Is Dating Our Marriage Therapist. Is That Enough To Redo Divorce Settlement?

Card image cap

Location: Virginia USA

Quick backstory I was leaving her regardless. It was a very manipulative marriage, lot of gaslighting. I couldn’t afford a lawyer. She made 5x my income but all my money went to bills. All of it. As I was leaving I reconnected with someone from my past. I know, I know. Shoulda waited. Anyway, she really used that against me and really beat me up in the settlement.

I just discovered she’s now dating the woman that was our therapist and our children’s counselor for a while. Now, they’re smart enough to not be dating yet because the lady would obviously lose her license but no court in the land would buy that they’re not together as they spend 7 nights a week together and go on all their vacations together.

I only got 1/3rd of the equity of our house (despite being the one who did most of the work to increase value) , no savings, or anything else. I don’t get the kids nearly as much as I want. I currently work 3 jobs to make ends meet.

With her and the therapist obviously being together would that be enough to try to redo the settlement so I can get more of the share of the house and get more time with the kids? It’s currently 75:25ish, I’d like to have them more and they say they want to be with me more.
