Ex Mil And Ex(?)landlord Is Charging Me As Much Money As Possible

For as minimal context, I’m [F22] Location: North Florida. I dated my ex boyfriend for about three years[M28]. During that process, his parents bought him a piece of property for us to have a farm, and they put a manufactured home on it. They have a well on the property, but no power, septic, or anything else. I run the well with a generator to give water to my livestock.
It took about two years from purchase date to now, he had been incredibly lazy about the process and refused to make any progress to get us living on the land, which is why I left him. Ex MIL was furious, which was the primary on the land. We came to an agreement for me to ‘rent’ the land on a month to month lease until I can get my farm moved. Here is the lease typed out: “SHORT TERM LEASE AGREEMENT @ -property address- This lease agreement is between -MIL name-(LANDOWNER) and -my name-(TENANT), for the lease of a mobile home and the parcel that has 10 acres for the purpose of keeping her animals temporarily. 1. The parcel contained in this agreement is described as follows: the parcel is in -property address-, it has 10 acres, with a clean mobile home and completely empty. The tenant knows that there is no electricity in the mobile home. The parcel also has a shed that she can use to keep her animals feed. There is a tractor in the land that is not for the tenants use. 2. The term of this lease shall be from March 17, 2025 to April 30, 2025. 3. The tenant agrees to pay a lease fee to the land owner for $300. 4. The landowner retains her right to access the parcel and mobile home for the purpose of inspection with prior notification to the tenant.” Her signature and date, my signature and date.
It has taken me a month and a half extra to get everything off the land. I’m moving an entire farm three hours across the state with a uhaul and an SUV. Can she legally come after me for not paying the extra two months of rent she wants to charge me? I never agreed to another lease. I might also add that multiple times she visited the property, and I allowed her. She let me know a day in advance every time. She at one point went through my laundry, and found men’s clothes, and accused me of having someone in the house. She has been incredibly difficult and invasive. On top of constantly bombarding me with texts and calls.
But there’s another issue. About a year ago, my boyfriend at the time and his father came up with an agreement. We would trade him two fully grown, and butchered hogs, in exchange for two pig pens worth of hog fencing. Which is about $500. As I am leaving, I am taking all of the fencing to house my animals. My ex father-in-law has been incarcerated since October. I let the mother know that I fully intend on upholding the deal, and trading her pigs, but she does not eat pork, and insists I owe her money.
I have two options. I can either give her the money off of one of my first paychecks at my new job, or I can leave 12 out of the 16 panels, and just pay her for the four that I took(about $100 worth). That would make her livid, as she has no use for them.
I’m curious if she has any standing if I just took all the panels. As soon as I have the final few things off the property I just want to ghost her and her son. I mean, there is absolutely no written agreement on the panels, and like stated I never signed another lease past April 30, and there hasn’t been any mentions of eviction, etc. She does have a copy of my drivers license (needed it for the lease).
