Everything Has Gone The Way Of My Stbxw During Our Divorce Proceedings.

My soon to be ex wife and I just went through our early settlement panel yesterday.

The panelists completely sided with my wife regarding the only remaining point of contention in the current draft of our MSA, the buyout of her stake in the marital home.

To this point I have conceded nearly every other point of contention including parenting time, division of other assets (she kept the brand new car and I kept the old one) etc...

The only thing I asked for was for a 15% reduction in the buyout (140k overall) "agreed" upon at our initial mediation session and a few extra months to secure the funds. I say "agreed" because I don't feel my lawyer truly prepared me for what mediation was and what impacts it could have on the remaining proceedings.

Not only was there 0 compromise recommended by the ESP, but they actually suggested I have even less time to secure the funds than originally granted.

Is it time to find a new attorney? Should I just sign the papers and move on and find a new home?
