Emergency Detention Timer Question

I keep getting conflicting information on this and wanted to get a solid answer plus any advice on how to proceed. So on 9/23 my teen was taken to the ER under a ED. ED was established around 1140pm and she was admitted to the hospital ER for observation at 1157pm. From there she was medically cleared and they had her transferred to a facility in another city and was officially admitted at 2316 on 9/24 per their admissions team. They are currently pushing to hold her past the 48 hours and have threatened to AMA her if I pick her up, but they told me I would not be able to get her until Tuesday at 1155pm. For additional information I have not signed anything nor given consent outside approving her meds nor have I even done paperwork to let them know her conditions, meds, allergies, etc.. I have told them multiple times I do not consent to an extension on the hold as well as making multiple calls to check on her mental state which is typically calm except for the first day which I did advise her behavior was a meltdown due to her autism and not related to her prior actions. She has also advised them on multiple times she is not suicidal nor does she feel like harming herself.

So since Texas does not count weekends, and they do the whole “business day” thing, I am understanding I should be able to get her by Monday at 4 as that is when the ED expires. And if that is the case I am going to expect push back so would having the local PD step in to help facilitate the release be an option as well?
