I am a 18 yo guy(dependent on father), my mother(dependent on my father) was cheated on by my father(Central Government) with call girls(multiple times).

We have tried to live together but it only made the conclusion clearer that my parents can't live together. My father has made legal threats, about talking on a legal basis but he doesn't have the balls for it.

We have the evidence of his bookings and payments, call logs, a non consensual recording of him admitting it. Also he has been a domestic abuser in the past.

Before getting professional consultation and getting into divorce procedures, which are taxing(as far as I know), what is the best way to go about legal proceedings. Such that my mother gets maximum benifits and is secured while my father doesn't get breathing room(Either to wiggle out of something or anything of the sorts, is there some action the government can take on a government officer working in a crucial position?(Worry about this question later please)).
