Daughter Trying To Steal House

My daughter has been an addict but when she got clean I helped her get a house to try and provide stability for my grandkids. Things have now gotten very bad and the house needs to be sold. I informed my daughter of this and she said she won’t sign unless she is getting another house of her choosing, a better one and spoke to me in a crazy way. She is on the deed with me (huge mistake I know). But she is not on the mortgage or financials in any way. She’s never paid a dime aside from a Venmo here or there for under a thousand bucks. It was always a tenant landlord like relationship. I need to force the sale. I’ve offered her cash to get out among other things and shes bullish and using this to strong arm me. Mediation wont work. I even tried to have the locks changed with a keypad so we could both enter and she didn’t allow that and called the cops. I cant even get into the house I pay for. What is my best recourse? Thank you
