Craziest Thanksgiving

Location: California.

to make a long story short, I (19f) worked from 5pm-12am

got home, my sister and her boyfriend (both do not live with us) were there.

it’s a very long story so unless u want details, he was drunk and got all hyphy in my face tryna punk me and i stood my ground, multiple times he pulled his 10mm gun out and made comments saying “i’m a killer” “i don’t give a fuck” “don’t play with me”

over and over and over, for slight context he was getting mad that i was saying i don’t care if he feels disrespected that not even two years ago i started talking to him and my sisters best friend.

me and said best friend have been dating for a year and a half about.

anyways, i don’t feel safe in my own home, this isn’t just a matter of him being drunk that’s how he is as a person and he carries his gun everywhere, he always pulls it out and i’m so for real when u say he carries it everywhere.

i acted like everything was cool until they both left extremely angry, but of fucking course i lost my shit when they both left

i’m 5’3 115lbs and he’s 6ft ish maybe 170, for him to pull out a 10mm making sure i see his grip on it is fucking crazy and i was just wondering if this is something i can get a restraining order to ensure he won’t come around? he’s fucking crazy and my sister did nothing to make him put it away or stop him.
