Child Support
Good afternoon, I am the father. I am going through sold support in Georgia. This has gone on for a year and it’s the most stressful process. My daughter’s mother is attempting to revive an outrageous amount for support, which is a more than half boost to what I am already giving her. My issue is, her attorney is requesting my bank account statements, tax returns, W2s for the last two year, statement from my former military service, and 6 month pay stubs. I have supplied this multiple times but because they are trying to find more money that they refuse to accept that I do not make any extra money. I am upset because I have submitted these things and when my attorney ask for these things they have intentionally not sent it. They submit a financial affidavit to the court where she has omitted any assets. During court, the judge is demanding that I submit all this information again but not reprimanding her for not supplying anything. What should I do?
