Child Support

Mother of our child has served me papers for joint child custody and asking for child support as well

Our daughter has been living with me the past 3 years , in those 3 years she wasn’t really seeing our kid consistently so maybe 1-2 times a week rarely 3 , about 3 months ago I asked her for sole custody and she didn’t like that, after that we tried coming to an agreement with custody I wanted 70/30 , the reason why she wasn’t seeing our daughter so often was cause she wasn’t good mentally like depression bipolar ptsd and she was diagnosed with PNES. After I told her I wanted sole custody and we had our disagreement she served me papers 2 months after and she started trying to see our daughter more. I have screenshots of her saying she couldn’t have our daughter on a lot of days cus she wasn’t well and also some screenshots of her saying she didn’t want to be a mother anymore and if I think our daughter would be better off without her. Do you guys think I should get an attorney for court or should I represent myself. I also don’t think I should be giving her any child support.
