Can I Sue My Parents Or At Least My Father For Abuse

Let’s get straight to the point. (Florida born and raised til I was 10 then we moved to tx after parents split and now I’m back in Location: Florida

I have not had any of my shots since I was born because my parents decided to “homeschool” me, my parents let me “dropout” at 9 years old, my mother drank HEAVILY whilst pregnant with me which caused her to have a c-section, my mother would also tell my dad that me and my sibling were bad when she ran out of alcohol so he would buy her more alcohol (we did laundry, we made our parents bed before our dad came home, sometimes there was cooking involved) Ive only been to the dentist when I was 4 years old and I would sometimes go to health clinics for colds but nothing else. then in my teen years my parents split and I was left to deal with my drunk mom and my dad cut off the insurance when I was 13 so I did not have a way to see a doctor or dentist. My mom would cry about her teeth and health whilst I took care of her. Dress her and feed her. I did attempt to end my life in my early teens and my mom had put my dad on the phone ON SPEAKER and his words were “I can’t afford an ambulance.” Around this time my dad was getting on boats with his “lady friends” Later down the line AFTER my mom got into a car accident with me in the car (drunk driving yes she went to jail) CPS did end up getting called and I was put on Medicaid at 16 years old. Also my parents were never legally separated and my dad would sent my mom “child support” because he didn’t have the balls to divorce her. There is SO MUCH verbal, sexual and physical abuse that has come from my parents that I’m 21 and suffer from PTSD. My parents still bother me til the day trying to “check in” on me. I’m bitter please let me know if there’s something I can sue them for
