Boyfriend Threatening To Post My Nudes

LOCATION: I’m in NJ and he is moving.

We are both early 20s.

We dated for 6 months. He ended up cheating on me. It was a messy break up because I still really wanted it to be him. But I consider him my ex boyfriend. I mentioned multiple times I don’t want him to keep my photos/videos and he just said “they’re mine now and I’m keeping them”.

He sent me a link to an outside site (I can’t tell what the website really is outside of a hosting service, it’s just something from amazon. I don’t want to add the link here for obvious reasons) that when you press on it, it leads to a video of me masturbating that I had sent him. I think it was one of the first videos I sent him of that nature.

I’m assuming this link is public because I copied and pasted it and I’m able to view it in incognito mode. I’m terrified. He also added my instagram handle in the message he sent.

Does this count as revenge porn?? Is what he doing illegal? What are my options? Please please help.

I’ve contacted : stopncii.org, the police in his town and Amazon AWS x2 (once on their regular queries option and another when someone kind here gave me another contact specifically for abuse). Someone mentioned I could also contact IC3/FBI because the situation qualifies, but I’ll wait to hear what everyone else says first.
