Apartment Raided One Hour To Remove Possessions

This is my situation. I had a lease with my now ex bf. I was home alone when the police raided our apartment looking for stolen guns. They called his name upon entering and it was clear they wanted him- I was arrested however and taken in to cells. After 5 hours of interrogating me they released me (keeping my phone with a search warrant). When I got to my door in the building it was boarded shut with a 24 hour eviction notice on the door, I went to the managers and asked if I was able to get in to atleast get my wallet or some clothes they arrested me in my pajamas. I was next with no phone and nowhere to go. They refused to let me in to my apmnt, kicked me out of the building and told me I had to call the office in the morning. I had prepaid my rent for the month a day early. I called the next morning and they told me I could come at 2 pm and I had one hour to get what I wanted from my apmnt. I was the only one allowed in and it was in 4 story walk up. Needless to say i had to leave most of my possessions there. I lost basically everything I owned and I have no home. They are now telling me I owe over 5000 to the building for damages etc. I would like to add that I had filed a complaint 1.5 months prior about our suite having cockroaches and mice. They said they would put a work order in but they never did spray for cockroaches or anything. We were only there for 3 months.
