Advice Needed! My Workplace Doesn’t Follow Labor Laws, And I’m Getting Fed Up.

Location: Washington State
For context I (18f) have been working in a restaurant in Washington state for a year now. And surprise surprise- we aren’t provided breaks. I was stupid enough to believe my boss when he told me that he wasn’t required to provide us one if we were over the age of 18. But I’ve recently been researching labor laws in my state. 10 minute paid break for every 4 hours worked and 30 minute lunch break for I believe 5 hours? Correct me if I wrong. All I know for sure right now is that we don’t get the breaks we’re entitled to. It’s been bugging me so much, since last month I got a new shift- 10 hours every Monday. Do I get a break? Nope. And now I’m furious because I finally got the guts to bring this up to my boss today… he can never admit when he’s wrong and said that he breaks no laws whatsoever, (yeah right, our kitchen should get us shut down) and that I was wrong for insisting we are entitled to have breaks. And insinuated that I was stupid for even bringing it up.
So, my boss is a narcissistic asshole who can’t criticism from anyone, reasoning with him won’t work. What should my next move be?
Edit: I forgot to mention our employees under 18 don’t get breaks during 4-5 hour shifts either
