A Psych Hospital Filed For Me To Be Involuntarily Commited But Then Dropped It Before My Court Date, Do I Have To Worry About Anything On My Record?

I was in the psych hospital and they got a court order for me to stay until a court date to hear about keeping me longer, but it was dropped before that. Will it still show up on any kind of background check?

In Long:

A little over a month ago I attempted suicide by accidental overdose (however I was the one to call for help immeditly after taking the pills). There were no medical affects and I was sent to a psychiatric hospital soon after. At that point my admission was completely voluntary, however I soon became disatisfied with the level of care. The only providers were nurse practitioners and they refused to fill my ADHD medication perscription even when my long-term psychiatrist called and asked them to.

I requested to leave AMA on the 6th day. In response the hospital filed a court order to keep me there. It was accepted and would stay in place until the court date scheduled for the 11th day, however, on the 10th day, the nurse practioner wrote to the judge and requested to have the court order dropped so I never had to apear in court.

Another potentially relevant detail is that they told me that they would file the court order in the county that I am from, however they filed it in the neighboring county. Most of my city is in the neighboring county so they likely thought that is where I lived. When I brought this up they said it was still applicable becacuse it is where the emergency department I went to was located. (their hospital is not in either county).

My ultimate question is will there be anything about this on my record since it didn't go to court, or do I have to look into getting it removed from my record somehow? I want to go into a specific field of biology and a lot of the pathways for the career I want involve working for the govnerment or specific liscenses that I want to make sure this wont effect.
