A Bunch Of Legal Questions About Being Kicked Out

My dad is close to kicking me out. I’m 18, in college, retuning to visit for a week break. That was a mistake
He had a history of demanding I leave the house, so I know how he’ll act. He’ll demand all my stuff, try to keep me in the house, and blackmail me using th things “he owns” like my clothes and phone.
Is he allowed to do that?
Next, if I go back to the airport and get a flight back to my college, and then stay at a friends house, can he get that friend in trouble? I will try not to tell him where specifically I’m going.
Third, I have accesss to one of his cars and permission to use it. He hasn’t stated I could, and it’s at the airport near my college. Would it be illegal to use it after he’s kicked me out if he doesn’t mention it?
Fourth, what are the laws in New Jersey in terms of reporting disappearances? I wouldn’t have disappeared but he has threatened to do so.
Finally, is he allowed to force me into a psych hold? I haven’t told him anything about being depressed or a danger to myself. He thinks he can use that threat against me. Is he right?
