Unbridled Living Acquires 273-unit Independent, Assisted Living Community In Dallas

DALLAS — Unbridled Living has acquired The Reserve at North Dallas, a 273-unit independent and assisted living community located in Dallas. The seller was not disclosed.

Built in 2000, the property features 247 independent living apartments and 26 assisted living units. Amenities at the community include a bistro, game room, wellness center, hair salon, library, media room, resident lounge and putting green.

Jay Wagner, Rick Swartz, Aaron Rosenzweig, Jim Dooley and Dan Baker of JLL brokered the sale on behalf of the seller. Allison Holland of JLL secured acquisition financing through Arrowmark Partners on behalf of Unbridled. The loan carries a three-year term with two 12-month extension options.

Unbridled will also assume management of the property.

“The Reserve at North Dallas presented an attractive value-add investment opportunity with recent proven occupancy gains during the last year from a dense, affluent population offering continued demand,” says Wagner.
