Stellarmls And Rayse Expand Strategic Partnership

StellarMLS is broadening its partnership with real estate technology platform Rayse, announcing Wednesday that agent members will now have expanded access to the tool.

In March, Stellar announced that it was providing access to Rayse at a discounted rate. Now, a similar functionality is being introduced to Stellar MLS agents. Rayse is included as part of all Stellar MLS agent customers’ subscriptions, free of cost.

“At Stellar MLS, our mission is to empower agents and brokers with tools that drive trust, clarity, and confidence in every transaction they lead. That’s why we are excited to announce that Rayse is now included in our customers’ Stellar MLS subscription,” Merri Jo Cowen, the Stellar MLS CEO, said in a statement. “By offering this product to all Stellar MLS customers, we’re continuing our commitment to provide tools that drive success, differentiation, and long-term client relationships for our Stellar community.”

Rayse tracks an agents’ progress through a transaction providing homebuyers and sellers with real-time data about their home sale or purchase. It also enables agents to show how much time they spend on various activities like negotiations, previewing properties and analyzing market trends through the Rayse client portal. 

The client portal also allows consumers to offer comparisons and tour feedback. Additionally, clients receive a closing report that shows them all of the strategic decisions, negotiations and transaction milestones their agent helped them achieve.

Rayse launched its communications platform this past fall to allow prospective buyers to track what their agents are doing in real time.

Stellar MLS is the largest multiple listing service in Florida, supporting 21 Realtor associations in the Sunshine State and Puerto Rico.
