SERHANT. is trying its luck in Las Vegas. The Ryan Serhant-helmed firm announced the launch of its Las Vegas operation on Wednesday.

The company said its debut in the Las Vegas market will see some of the metro area’s top-performing agents and teams come together under one brokerage. SERHANT. says the agents and teams joining the firm in Las Vegas have a collective sales volume for the last 12 months of over $600 million.

Las Vegas is SERHANT.’s fourth new market entry this year. The company most recently debuted in Rhode Island after launching operations in the D.C. Metro area and Phoenix earlier this year.

“Las Vegas is an incredible market and now is the perfect time to bring our media and AI powered, client-focused approach to one of the country’s fastest-growing luxury markets,” said Ryan Serhant, Founder and CEO. “Our focus is on empowering elite agents, delivering exceptional service, and amplifying our listings to our global platform.”

SERHANT.’s Nevada operation will be led by managing broker Bill Oskilanec, who has over 20 years of real estate experience.

He began his career in 2005 with Prudential Americana Group before joining Char Luxury Real Estate in 2015. After Char Luxury Real Estate’s merger with Las Vegas Sotheby’s International Realty in 2021, Oskilanec served as the brokerage’s director of operations.

Last month, SERHANT. announced the appointments of two new leaders, including Peter Rooney, who will serve as the head of new development, and Ben Nicholls, who was named as director of planning and design.
