Rocket Pro on Tuesday unveiled a slate of broker-focused initiatives affirming its commitment to the broker channel. The announcements, made at Rocket Pro Experience (RPX) held in Detroit, involve a set of 10 partner promises, a new manifesto video and several technology rollouts.

The company unveiled 10 partner promises outlining its public commitment to brokers. The pledges:

1. It’s your business who you do business with.
2. Your clients are your clients.
3. Full pricing transparency. No surprises.
4. Tech that works faster. So you don’t have to.
5. Helping everyone home means everyone.
6. We grow your brand. You grow your business.
7. Human expertise, with the speed of AI.
8. Work where you want. Close when you’re ready.
9. We grow the whole pie. Not just our slice.
10. The better we serve you, the better you serve your clients.

On the fifth promise, “Helping everyone home means everyone. Not just the people with high credit scores. We’ll always invent new ways to unlock doors until you can approve every dream.”

The company said the promises are designed to strengthen trust and reinforce its role as a broker-first partner.

“We just felt like we needed to change the narrative,” he said. “We needed to supercharge our tech stack, and we needed to really go deeper with our partners,” Rocket Pro General Manager Dan Sogorka told HousingWire

In a separate session, Rocket Companies CEO Varun Krishna and Sogorka introduced the launch of BrokerNearMe.com, a consumer-facing site that connects borrowers with local brokers based on their specific needs and geographic location.

“Hyperlocal is how we think about this business and consumer choice,” Sogorka said to the audience. “We have broker partners on every street in America, and it’s just a matter of helping connect you to the humans that you’re near.”

Speaking about bringing customer and broker stories to life and inspiring connection, Rocket Rocket Companies Chief Marketing Officer Jonathan Mildenhall spoke about how promise number six (We grow your brand. You grow your business.) resonated with him.

As a result, Mildenhall, accompanied by Rocket Pro’s EVP of Strategy and Broker Advocacy, Katie Sweeney, unveiled a ‘Broker Manifesto’ video at the event, which the company says “rallies brokers around a vision of empowerment, innovation and mutual growth.”

“When you combine things like the Partner Manifesto with the Broker Near Me, now someone can say, ‘Rocket is supporting me with not only its marketing and its message, but actual dollars and placement in my community, so that people who live in my neighborhood can find me.’ We’ve really never done that before, and it’s never really been done the way we’re doing it, which is, it’s not pay to play. You can’t pay more for a higher listing,” Sogorka said.

The video, which features Rocket Pro partners like West Capital Lending‘s Dan Iskander and A.S.A.P Mortgage’s Irene Amato, builds upon Rocket’s marketing campaign earlier this year titled “Own The Dream,” which was unveiled during Super Bowl LIX.

Mildenhall teased that “Own The Dream Season Two” would be advancing the role of the American neighborhood and confirmed that the company would have a commercial to air during the 2026 Super Bowl. He also highlighted his commitment to feature “real stories.”

“There is no conceit in Rocket’s marketing,” he said. “Every single home we cast in our commercials is directly from the Redfin platform. The brokers we cast are Rocket brokers. We cast real Rocket families.”

A need for speed

In tandem with BrokerNearMe and building upon the company’s theme of streamlining the loan process, Rocket Pro introduced Rocket Pro Assist. The AI-driven support tool integrates with Pathfinder, live chat and Rocket Connect to deliver instant answers on loan guidelines, status and conditions, while connecting users to live support when needed.
