Rechat has launched an integration with Follow Up Boss, linking the two platforms in an effort to streamline real estate teams’ client relationships and marketing.

The connection routes data directly between Follow Up Boss and Rechat’s mobile-first system allowing agents to maintain their CRM while using Rechat’s artificial intelligence (AI)-driven marketing tools.

“It’s not about choosing between your favorite CRM and powerful AI and marketing tools; it’s about having both, perfectly unified in one workflow to maximize efficiency and growth,” says Shayan Hamidi, CEO of Rechat. “Our mission at Rechat has always been to deliver a true Super App experience for real estate professionals, and this partnership makes that vision a reality for every Follow Up Boss user.”

With the integration, users can continue handling leads and client information in Follow Up Boss — while creating automated campaigns in Rechat for email, social media, print, CMAs and market reports.

Syncing of contacts, notes, tasks and activity allows agents to avoid needing to enter information more than once.

“At Follow Up Boss, we’re focused on helping agents stay productive and organized so they can focus on their clients,” says Steve Pacinelli, chief marketing officer at Follow Up Boss. “Integrating with Rechat makes that even easier by combining the power of our CRM with Rechat’s marketing and AI tools in one consistent and highly productive workflow.”

Rechat said setup takes less than two minutes and does not require data migration. The two-way sync keeps tags, communication history and other client details current across both platforms.

Agents continue using their CRM of choice while gaining access to Rechat’s tools — including its AI assistant and automated marketing.

“Top producing teams that rely on Follow Up Boss for their CRM can now run Rechat in parallel and in sync,” says Audie Chamberlain, vice president of strategic growth and communications at Rechat. “This partnership connects two best-in-class solutions and gives agents everything they need to serve their customers thoughtfully and effectively.”

The integration is now available to users of both platforms.
