Real Brokerage Tops 30,000 Agents Amid Rapid Growth

The Real Brokerage has surpassed 30,000 agents, the company announced Wednesday, marking an increase of about 10,000 over the past year.

“This milestone is a testament to the trust agents continue to place in Real,” said Tamir Poleg, Real’s chairman and CEO. “Our commitment from day one has been to build a company that puts agents first — empowering them with technology, transparency and flexibility.

“Reaching 30,000 agents is a proud moment, but we view it as another step toward building a transformative platform for the next generation of real estate professionals and the clients they serve.”

The brokerage was recently named the top mover in the 2025 RealTrends Verified rankings. Real advanced from No. 10 to No. 5 in sales volume and secured the No. 6 spot in transaction sides. The firm first appeared on the RealTrends rankings three years ago.

Real’s growth has been fueled by its proprietary software platform — reZEN — and investments in artificial intelligence and workflow automation. The company says those tools allow agents to spend less time on administrative tasks.

In 2024, the firm launched Real Wallet, a financial platform that provides eligible U.S. agents with business checking accounts through Thread Bank. The service includes a Real-branded debit card, faster access to commissions and real-time financial insights.

Real said the platform has been adopted by more than 3,600 U.S. agents — with deposits of roughly $16 million.
