Premiere Group At Real Acquires North Carolina Boutique Firm

The Real Brokerage-brokered mega team PREMIERE Group has acquired boutique luxury brokerage Rhino Triad Realty Group, according to an announcement on Wednesday. PREMIERE says the acquisition helps it to expand its footprint across North Carolina’s Piedmont Triad.

Founded in 2019 by Ashby Cook III, Rhino Triad Realty Group has a team of six agents who serve clients across the Greensboro, Winston-Salem and High Point markets.

PREMIERE, meanwhile, was founded in 2017 by Dave Keener and has over 300 agents operating in 27 states. 

Cook believes the acquisition will provide his agents with tools to better serve and manage luxury listings.

As Keener looks to the future, he says that over the next 12 months he wants to solidify PREMIERE’s leadership of the Triad region’s luxury sector, while positioning the Rhino Triad team as one of the region’s most trusted luxury real estate teams.
