Sodalis Senior Living appoints new CEO
Sodalis Senior Living has appointed Terry Rogers as its new CEO.
Rogers brings more than 25 years of experience to the position, and is a three-time CEO, according to a press release.
He is credited with “multi-site expansions, driving operational improvements and championing technology adoption to enhance both resident and team member experiences,” the release states.
“I am honored to join Sodalis Senior Living at such a pivotal moment where we see the convergence of incredible demand as the Baby Boomers reach retirement, new technology and A.I. impacting every part of society, and advances in longevity science allowing us to live longer better,” Rogers said in the release. “These three big shifts bring unprecedented opportunities for older adults to live their best lives.”
WesleyLife CEO announces retirement
WesleyLife CEO Rob Kretzinger announced he will retire June 1, 2026.
Kretzinger has been the president and CEO of the organization since 2003. He first joined the nonprofit as a chief operating officer in 1996.
Under Kretzinger’s leadership, WesleyLife “evolved from five traditional senior living communities into the Midwest’s largest nonprofit network of health and well-being services for older adults,” a press release states.
“WesleyLife has been part of my passion for nearly 30 years, and I deeply value the mission and the people who bring it to life,” Kretzinger said in the release.
Harmony Senior Services announces CEO
Harmony Senior Services has announced Traci Taylor-Roberts has joined the company as its new CEO.
Taylor-Roberts made the announcement in a LinkedIn post.
Prior to joining Harmony Senior Services, Taylor-Roberts served at Sodalis Senior Living as its president for over five years.
Civitas names new CEO
Civitas Senior Living announced Co-Founder Wayne Powell is transitioning from the company’s CEO to chairman and current president Cooper Vittitow is the company’s new CEO.
Vittiow has been with Civitas for more than 13 years and has been its president since 2018.

Meadow Ridge hires two
Ridge Crest at Meadow Ridge has bolstered its team with the hiring of Maura Nemer as assisted living program director and McKenzie Strang as memory care programming coordinator.
In her role as assisted living program director, Nemer is “responsible for cultivating a vibrant, person-centered life enrichment program that supports the overall well-being of residents,” according to a press release.
As memory care programming coordinator, Strang will focus on bringing “enriching activities into the residents’ daily lives” and supporting the leadership team, the release states.
