Homeservices Strikes Deal With Zillow To Provide Listing Tools To Agents

HomeServices of America and Zillow are teaming up to bring HomeServices’ agents Zillow’s AI-powered Showcase tools.

In an announcement on Tuesday, the companies said that agents at all of HomeServices of America’s companies will have access to Zillow Showcase.

“At HomeServices of America, we believe in empowering our clients when it comes to marketing their home, and we’re excited to bring the Zillow Showcase offering to our agents,” Chris Kelly, the executive vice president of HomeServices of America, said in a statement.

Listings on Zillow that utilize Showcase feature a high-tech listing design with high-resolution images, room-by-room photo organization and an interactive floor plan. The listings also have special search markers and tags.

The portal giant launched Showcase in 2023 for listings in Atlanta, Chicago, Los Angeles, San Diego, and Seattle  under ShowingTime+. HomeServices of America is joining Howard Hanna and Christie’s International Real Estate in providing access to Zillow Showcase for its agents.
