Corcoran Group Adds First Rhode Island Affiliate

Corcoran Group announced the launch of Corcoran Chart House Realty, the brokerage’s first Rhode Island affiliate. The firm will operate across Rhode Island’s coastal communities and be led by Broker-Owner Matthew Antonio.

Pamela Liebman — president and CEO of Corcoran Group — made the announcement, highlighting the brand’s ongoing expansion into premium residential markets.

Chart House Realtors opened its first office in 2018 and has become a top-performing brokerage in the region.

In 2023, Antonio was recognized as the No. 1 individual selling agent in Barrington and the East Bay, according to State-Wide MLS.

Chart House will continue operating out of its existing Barrington, R.I., office.
