Corcoran Affiliate Announces Major New Jersey Acquisition

Corcoran Sawyer Smith — an affiliate of Corcoran Group — has acquired Liberty Realty in a move that significantly expands its footprint and influence in New Jersey.

Founded in 1995, Liberty Realty has long been one of the region’s top-performing independent brokerages, known for deep neighborhood knowledge and a client-first approach.

Its 250-plus agents handle residential sales and rentals, commercial real estate and investment properties.

The acquisition follows Corcoran Sawyer Smith’s 2024 purchase of Weidel Real Estate, expanding its presence across central New Jersey and Bucks County, Pa.
