$700m Silicon Valley Brokerage Joins Era Real Estate

Real Estate Experts — a Silicon Valley-based brokerage with more than 90 agents — has joined ERA Real Estate under the ERA Powered brand, the companies announced Thursday.

Founded in 2014 by Brett Jennings, the firm serves Santa Clara and San Mateo counties and posted nearly $700 million in sales volume in 2024, according to RealTrends.

The company’s average sales price was $1.36 million across a service area covering roughly 2,500 square miles.

Jennings — a Harvard-trained negotiation specialist and former Anthony Robbins coach — said the affiliation will help expand the brokerage’s reach.

“I’ve dedicated my entire career to helping people, first as a life coach, then as a meditation teacher and eventually a trusted real estate advisor,” Jennings said. “Our goal is to help our affiliated agents and clients build wealth through real estate so they can live their best lives. This market is powered by global tech giants and has a high concentration of financial and intellectual capital. ERA Real Estate President Alex Vidal said Jennings’ focus on agent development and technology made the firm a strong addition to the brand.

“Brett has built an impressive business by focusing on the development of and support for his agents — from in-house marketing support, transaction management and property preparations — and we are ready to help him deliver an even higher and enhanced level of support as an ERA Powered company,” Vidal said.

ERA says Real Estate Experts plans to grow its market share in Santa Clara and San Mateo counties, recruit additional agents and expand north into the Bay Area through mergers and acquisitions.

The company also intends to establish a presence in Lake Tahoe and Southern California.

In 2024, Anywhere Real Estate-owned ERA added companies responsible for $1.4 billion in sales volume — double its total from the previous year — and has continued to expand its network this year.
