Healthy Steps In Motion: 11 a.m. to noon Thursday, July 8 through Friday, July 31, Crossfire Youth Ministries, 1139 Centre St., Ashland. Space is limited. Reduce your risk of falling by joining this evidence-based fall prevention exercise program designed for people ages 60+ of all fitness levels. The one-hour sessions are held twice a week for four weeks and are taught by certified instructors. A fall risk screening is offered. Enjoy the benefits of improved balance, strength and flexibility.
