Blaine Anderson, a professional dating coach, is here to help guys in the world of meeting women.

The University of Arizona graduate first worked in the travel industry. However, she ultimately realized that she wanted to do what she did in college - help nice guys meet women they deserve.

"My guy friends would ask me for dating advice about my sorority sisters," she said.

"The BEST guys had the WORST luck with girls, and it confused me. I became obsessed with figuring out why. Do women hate nice guys? Or is there another problem?"

Anderson has since launched her own dating platform, Dating By Blaine, and she's built up a huge following on social media, while also appearing on ABC's "Shark Tank."

Anderson says that when it comes to getting a girl's phone number, it's simple.

"If you want a girl's number, don't say this: 'Can I have your phone number?' or even worse, 'Can I get your SnapChat?'" Anderson said.

"These lines don't project confidence or maturity. Instead, say these exact words: 'I'd like to take you on a date. Let's exchange numbers."

Anderson says that it's good to be direct and to the point.

"Hey, I dramatized things a little for this video. It’s sometimes OK to say, 'Can I have your number?' But it’s ALWAYS better to share a plan when you ask for a girl’s number. It gives her a REASON to say yes! You may have heard of reason-respecting bias before. The great Charlie Munger (RIP) talked a lot about it as a fundamental of human psychology," she wrote.

"Put simply, people are more likely to agree to a request you make of them when you couple it with a reason.Looking at this case, 'Can I get your number?' feels a lot less random when you’re also sharing the context, 'I’d love to take you on a date' — plus it makes you sound more confident, which is something all women love!"

Anderson, with close to one million followers on Instagram, is often sharing good tips and advice on social media.
