According to Anderson, the No. 1 way to realize that a woman isn't interested in you is simple: Effort.
If a woman is taking a while to respond to your texts, or being flaky about planning a date, or not being enthusiastic when you're out with her, the answer is simple: she's not that interested.
Sure, everyone is busy and people have things going on outside of dating. But if you are genuinely interested in someone, you are going to make time for them. If a potential dating partner isn't doing that, it's time to cut ties.
"Effort equals interest," Anderson says. "If she's not putting in effort, then back off and find somebody who will."
Anderson gets a lot of questions from men on social media about why someone might not be responding to their text messages, or ghosting them for a couple of days, or something else in that department.
Unfortunately, the answer is always pretty straightforward: It means they are not that interested in you.
