Kay Adams offered dating advice to fans onlineAdams took to Instagram to offer up some advice to her fans who are unlucky in love.
One fan has asked her how to “move past the talking stage with a girl”, something the Up & Adams host was keen to share her tips and tricks for.
“I know it’s daunting to put yourself in a position to get rejected, but it’s just what you’re going to have to do,” she said.
“There’s no way to bubble wrap it for you and have some magic, ‘oh no you’re not going to get rejected’, it might happen.
“She might say she doesn’t want to go to dinner with you, but ask her to dinner. Say you would really like to see her and spend time with her and that you have feelings for her.
“Then she might reject you, and I’m not saying that that doesn’t suck.
“But if Fred Warner can have an All-Pro 17-game season on a broken ankle, you surely can deal with some, ‘Oh I’m sorry, I don’t like you back’.”
Fans decided to take Adams up on her advice and try their luck themselves.
Kay Adams I have feelings for you and really want to see you, can I take you to dinner,” one wrote.
“Are you single,” another asked.
Hey Kay! I’d love to take you out in East Lansing. Let me know when you’re in town!” one said.
“Kay politely letting us all know in advance we don’t have a shot,” another joked.
