Randy Brown and Nicolas Dalby are main card mainstays and for good reason.

The longtime welterweight standouts both earned an extra $50,000 for their exciting clash at UFC Kansas City on Saturday. It’s Brown who had his hand raised after scoring a highlight-reel knockout of a badly bloodied Dalby in the second round, but both men can proudly add to their collection of bonuses after tonight’s effort.

This is Dalby’s third UFC Fight of the Night win, while Brown takes home the honor for the first time.

Performance of the Night bonuses went to co-main event winner Zhang Mingyang and UFC debutant Malcolm Wellmaker.

Zhang took care of business against Anthony Smith, sending the one-time light heavyweight title challenger into a pre-announced retirement after bludgeoning Smith with strikes in the first round. “Mountain Tiger” was relentless once he had the advantage, battering Smith and leaving the canvas red with his blood after cutting him with an elbow.

Wellmaker, a recent Dana White Contender Series signing, dazzled in his debut as he needed one good right hook to put Cameron Saaiman down for the count. With the win, Wellmaker improved to 9-0 as a pro.
