Thinking Of Starting A Family Perfume E-commerce Business (originals + High-copies)

Hello everyone, I've been considering launching a small family business with my sister back home as I prepare to fly to Russia in a month to complete my master's degree. The plan is to launch an online store selling both high-copy/tester fragrances (the high-quality items that smell nearly identical) and authentic imported perfumes.

In order to allow users to choose between originals and high-copy content based on their budget, I'm considering adding a toggle switch to the website.

In my opinion, there is still space in the Egyptian market for something reliable and hygienic rather than the sporadic phony products that consumers typically encounter.

But I’m not sure where to start exactly. Should we begin with originals or high-copy first? And if anyone has experience with suppliers or wholesalers (in Egypt or abroad), please share. Also, since I’ll be in Russia, any tips on handling import/export legally would be super helpful.
