Sudden Drop To 0 Impressions And Clicks In Google – Being Penalized?

I run my small business's website and SEO. I am by no means an expert and am learning as I go. Since my small business has been up and running, we get several clicks and hundreds of impressions per day.

Lately, I've been revamping our site, our services, and just practically editing every single page (including multiple landing pages). It has been an extremely slow process but today I decided to check Google Search Console, since our inquiries are practically non-existent at the moment, and none of my pages are getting any insights OR clicks :/

I input my home page and a few others on Google Search console, and they're all still active and indexed from my understanding.

Also, i re-submitted our sitemap just now.

On the Bing webmaster tool, it notes that I have an error with "two H1 tags". But I only have 1 H1 on my pages. It's a Phrase separated by an "shift enter" line break? (not sure how to explain it), but is that counting it as two separate H1's?

Any help? My life practically depends on my site being fully functional and visible online :/!
