Side Gigs Suggestions

So I’m currently exploring options at the same time as building my hot sauce brand and working remotely as a customer service.

Long story short: customer service 6am-8pm calls thru the day, sometimes I get like 3 calls a day, sometimes 33. Sometimes (very rarely) 0. Each call takes anywhere between 2-10 minutes.

Building hot sauce brand by going to farmers markets every Tuesday, Friday and Saturday. Sometimes Sundays. Soon to be Wednesday too. All 9am-1pm. I cook my sauce at night at the commercial kitchen. And that works out perfectly as nobody calls and etc.

Love my day job as it gives me that “freedom” to do whatever. Even if at the farmers market - just step aside and answer a phone call. Or if there’s no market that day I can run my errands, or go to the beach, or coffee shop or just stay at home (usually what I do)

However. Financial situation could be better. As the brand is only 5 month old. Cant really talk about actual income here because I buy things on business credit card, and everything I make from sales I put back to that card.

So, what are some side gigs ideas would work in this situation?

Tried uber deliveries - works best in the evening/night only. But still not as much money to put away.
