Key Responsibilities Serve as the primary point of contact and strategic partner for CXO-level stakeholders, effectively communicating program goals, progress, and risks Lead the end-to-end delivery of complex programs, ensuring alignment with business objectives, timelines, and budgets Drive governance and portfolio oversight using ServiceNow, including reporting, tracking KPIs, and ensuring compliance with internal frameworks Qualifications 10+ years of experience in program and project management within technology-driven organizations Proven experience interfacing with C-level executives, ideally within a healthcare context Expertise in ServiceNow for program governance, demand management, and reporting Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification with hands-on experience managing Agile teams Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, or related field (Master's preferred)
