Remote Dispatch Specialist
Working remotely in a full-time capacity, the Remote Dispatch Specialist (3rd Shift) will coordinate roadside assistance requests, communicate with service providers, and ensure exceptional service delivery to AAA Members. Key responsibilities Dispatch roadside assistance requests to service providers and monitor service requests from start to finish Coordinate with AAA Members and service teams to ensure timely service delivery and provide updates on arrival times and service delays Resolve service issues and member concerns while meeting established performance goals and recommending process improvements Required qualifications High school diploma or equivalent, or a combination of education and relevant experience Minimum of 2 years of direct dispatch experience or call center experience Ability to work overtime as business needs require Dedicated, quiet home workspace free from distractions with high-speed internet connected via Ethernet Typing speed of at least 40 words per minute
