Owner Of S'pore Bakery, 2112 Bakery, Dies At 35

The owner of local bakery 2112, Michelle Goh, passed away on Jun. 17, 2025.
Goh's husband, Ken, shared the sad news on Instagram on Jun. 18.
"She was a source of love, joy, and kindness, and her memory will forever remain in our hearts," said Ken.
"While words cannot express the pain of this loss, we find comfort in remembering the beautiful life she lived and the love she shared with all who knew her."
Goh, 35, leaves behind two children and a few F&B businesses.
The cause of death was not shared.
Mediacorp's baking show
Goh started 2112 Bakery as a home-based business in 2019, and she derived the number from her mother's birthday.
She opened her first physical bakery at a Toa Payoh HDB block in 2020 before she expanded and opened a rojak stall in Yew Tee in 2024. She also has a snack stall at Bukit Canberra Hawker Centre.
The Toa Payoh bakery was later relocated to OG Bugis late last year.
In 2024, she also participated in the second season of Mediacorp's baking show Creme De La Creme, where she placed sixth out of eight contestants.
At the end of 2024, 2112 Bakery moved out of its Toa Payoh premises to Bugis due to declining business and low footfall.
In an interview with 8days in August 2024, Goh opened up about the decline of her business and the losses she made.
She told the media then that she lost about S$19,000 in six months and had not recouped the S$30,000 she invested in the bakery.
Goh also talked about how her struggles keeping the business afloat affected her mental health.
