Horrible Range Issues Myp 23

Yesterday I did my first longer drive in a while. Normally I do 75 miles a day. Yesterday I tried going 160 round trip. The estimates were super off. Avg speed 70. Temps 70f. Left with 98% on the dial arrived at destination with 55% for 80 miles prior it said 65% on arrival when leaving. Not a lot of hills, relatively flat 80% of journey. 22k on vehicle. On my way home it stated I needed to stop for a 2 minute charge to make it home with 14%, luckily i went to 40% before leaving because i wouldn't have made it home for the final 25 miles. Whats your avg wh/mi? Should it be around 270ish wh/mi? Given what I said above I was getting 470wh/mi. Only 2 people in the vehicle. No cargo or tow. Tesla just replaced the computer and thankfully all the random issues while driving were resolved. Now this range thing is happening. The self diagnostics say nothing is wrong. App wont allow service request only phone call during business hours. Has anyone else experienced a rapid decline in total range on newer myp? The energy monitor also doesn't reflect these numbers. It said 300wh/mi with a note that was high.
