Finom, an Amsterdam-based digital financial services platform for entrepreneurs and SMEs, has announced the completion of a €115 million Series C funding round.

The round was led by AVP (formerly AXA Venture Partners), with additional participation from new investor Headline Growth and existing backers General Catalyst, Northzone, and Cogito Capital.

The latest funding follows a €92.7 million growth investment from General Catalyst’s Customer Value Fund.

In total, Finom has now raised over €300 million to support its continued expansion across Europe.

Finom, which holds an Electronic Money Institution license, provides business banking, invoicing, expense management, payment processing, and foreign exchange services through a single platform.

The company now serves more than 125,000 customers with local IBAN accounts in Germany, France, Italy, Spain, and the Netherlands, and aims to reach one million European business customers by the end of 2026.

Since raising €50 million in its Series B round in February 2024, Finom has doubled its revenue, maintained positive unit economics across all markets, and grown its workforce to over 500 employees.

“European entrepreneurs are some of the most driven, creative, and resilient people you’ll ever meet, but their financial tools haven’t kept up with their ambition,”

said Andrey Petrov, CEO and Co-Founder of Finom.

“At Finom, we’re building a financial home that works at the speed of their ideas and supports them every step of the way. This funding helps us go faster, not just in technology, but in earning the trust of a million entrepreneurs across Europe.”

Finom has also recently entered the lending market, launching credit lines for Dutch businesses.

The Series C funding will be used to support product development, increase market presence, and explore strategic acquisitions.
