Director Of Data Analytics
Leading the analytics strategy for Molina Healthcare's Florida Health Plan, the full-time Director of Data Analytics will manage reporting, analytics, and data-driven insights to support strategic decision-making across various domains while working remotely. Key responsibilities: Directs the design and delivery of executive dashboards and operational reporting, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with regulatory requirements Partners with senior executives to align analytics solutions with business strategies and operational plans Leads and develops multi-disciplinary teams in the delivery of actionable insights and analytics that drive performance and cost containment Required qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Economics, Math, Business Administration, Information Systems, or a related field At least 10 years of experience in data, reporting, and analytics A minimum of 3 years in a leadership or management role Strong experience with healthcare data domains including claims, enrollment, and regulatory reporting Proficiency in SQL, relational databases, and analytical methodologies
