US Vice President JD Vance during his first international trip spoke at the the 61st annual Munich Security Conference on February 14. This was in front of leaders representing some of the US’s closest allies.

In his speech, Vance took an aggressive approach, criticising Europe, saying their laws and restrictions could 'destroy democracy' - for which he received a lot of criticism.

This time, he's back at the meet, in which Vance revisited his February speech, which sparked backlash within Europe and at home. Striking a conciliatory note, he said it's not 'Europe bad and America good'. Watch
